Other Sage products

Sage 50cloud Accounts (formerly Sage Line 50, 50 Accounts) and its simplified version, Sage Instant Accounts: only MANAGER passwords are recovered. Log in as a MANAGER to view or change passwords for all other users. Press Open file... and select 50 Accounts 2004..2023, then browse for SETUP.DTA located in the appropriate company folder; the password will be recovered instantly.

For Sage Simply Accounting, all user passwords are recovered. For versions 2008 through 2011, the passwords are stored in "ibdata1", while older versions use *.SDW files for that purpose. The files are also located in the appropriate company folder; press Open file... and select 50 Accounting (Peachtree) 2002..2023, then browse for one of the files mentioned above according to the version. Passwords for all users will be shown.
