| In contrast to the search options of Registry Editor an additional Case sensitive search option is provided in ART. This decreases the duration of a search to a fraction of the time. You can search in all snapshots displayed in the main window simultaneously.

| The results of a search are displayed as lines containing the Keypath and the Name and Data (if applicable to the search). By double clicking on a line in the search results you can open a tree in the respective Key of the snapshot and if the Snapshot shown in the line is not active at that moment, it is opened, which takes some extra time. If you enter a key path in the Find field, clicking the FindPath button brings you to the main window with that key path displayed.

| If you empty the Find field (or leave it empty), ART will search for all data conforming to whatever advance criteria you specified.

| The only difference in the display of the search results in the Comparison window is that there is a new field Tree in which the tree object is shown as Deleted, Added or Distinction in data.
