A project allows saving and restoring the attack settings and progress. The project contains information about the source file, selected options and character set. Project files are fully stand-alone and transferable; they can be copied to a different PC with AOPR installed without the need to copy the original file as the project contains all information required to recover the password.

 

Project files have the ".AOPR" extension. By default, the name or the project will be selected according to the name of the file being attacked. For example, if the file being attacked is named "test.doc", the project name is "test.aopr".
