Identifies character sets to use when attacking the password: capitals, small letters, digits, special symbols and space, or all printable characters (includes everything listed). The special characters are:

 

!@#$%^&*()_+-=<>,./?[]{}~:;`'|"\

 

Alternatively, you can define your own character set via the "User-defined" checkbox. Click on "Custom charset…" and enter the characters that will be included to attack the password. You can load and save custom character sets or combine them using the "Add charset from file..." button.
