Special Order Policy for Government, Military, Forensic and Law Enforcement Customers

ElcomSoft supports law enforcement, military and government agencies by offering a discount on multiple and individual licenses for eligible ElcomSoft password recovery products. The discount of 20% off the regular price is being offered to qualifying organizations.

The following ElcomSoft products are eligible for the Special Order discount:

Claiming the Discount

In order to claim the Special Order discount, the following two requirements must be met:

  • An organization letterhead specifically requesting or authorizing the purchase of specified software.
  • A billing and shipping address clearly indicating that the item will be shipped to an authorized organization.

Additional Volume Discounts

Additional volume discounts may apply to Special Discount orders for purchases of two or more licenses. Quotes are issued per request.

Shipping Policy for Special Discount Orders

Software purchased with a Special Order discount will be shipped to the registered address of the purchasing organization. The shipping address must belong to an organization eligible for the discount.

Technical Support Policy

Eligible law enforcement and government entities receive priority technical support provided by dedicated, highly skilled computer security specialists and consultants. Discounted orders are eligible for the full duration of customer and technical support provided by ElcomSoft's regular licenses. Currently, all products by ElcomSoft come with one year of free technical support. Extended upgrade and technical support plans for more than one year are available.
